Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Present and explain insurance policies to clients and recommend specific coverage options.
• Follow up with clients regularly to review their needs and offer additional coverage as needed.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to build a successful career.
• Proven sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Passion for helping people protect their families and assets.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses (life and health).
