Join our dynamic team at Vaco LA as we partner with a leading manufacturing client seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is essential in enhancing recruitment functions and ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates to support our growing needs. The position is based in Vernon, CA and requires in-office attendance. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120k to $130k on a direct hire basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures.
Oversee all aspects of the full recruitment cycle.
Maintain a proactive candidate pipeline to support timely hiring.
Foster relationships with key community partners to enhance outreach.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Management.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Proven ability to build and manage recruitment processes.
