BOL/ Consultor(a) para la retroalimentacin y socializacin de la propuesta de Poltica Municipal de cuidados del Municipio de Santa Cruz

I. Contexto organizacional

La entidad de las Naciones Unidas para la Igualdad de Gnero y el Empoderamiento de las mujeres, ONU Mujeres, trabaja para eliminar la discriminacin en contra de las mujeres y las nias; por el empoderamiento de las mujeres, y para lograr la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres como socios y beneficiarios del desarrollo.

ONU Mujeres aborda integralmente las causas profundas de la desigualdad desde una perspectiva de transformacin de los sistemas de reproduccin de las desigualdades de gnero y discriminaciones, y con un enfoque de construccin de paz, en torno a:

  • Voz, liderazgo y autonomas de las mujeres;
  • Fortalecimiento de marcos normativos multilaterales y regionales;
  • Participacin efectiva y proteccin de las mujeres en la construccin de la paz;
  • Acceso equitativo de las mujeres a los servicios, bienes y recursos;
  • Financiamiento de la igualdad de gnero;
  • Normas sociales positivas;
  • Produccin, anlisis y utilizacin de estadsticas de gnero;
  • Coordinacin del sistema de las Naciones Unidas para la igualdad de gnero.

II. Objetivo

Objetivo principal

Retroalimentar y socializar la propuesta existente de poltica pblica de cuidados elaborada por la Plataforma Departamental de Corresponsabilidad Social y Pblica del Cuidado de Santa Cruz.

Se esperan los siguientes productos:

  • Plan de trabajo que incluye metodologa, instrumentos para la recoleccin de informacin y cronograma.
  • Versin preliminar de la propuesta de Poltica Pblica de Cuidados.
  • Versin final del documento de propuesta Poltica Pblica de cuidados.

IV. Alcance de los objetivos

Dichas responsabilidades incluirn:

  • Coordinacin con el equipo tcnico de Casa de la Mujer, ONU Mujeres y CECI.
  • Organizacin y facilitacin de las reuniones para socializacin y retroalimentacin de la propuesta.
  • Incluir en la metodologa reuniones con GAM Santa Cruz para recoleccin de insumos.
  • Un evento para la presentacin y socializacin de la propuesta de poltica de cuidados.

VI. Forma de pago

El pago por los servicios se realizar luego de la entrega de cada producto establecido en la tabla anterior, sujeto a satisfaccin y aprobacin por parte de ONU Mujeres.

VII. Supervisin y evaluacin de desempeo

La consultora ser gestionada por ONU Mujeres Bolivia, bajo la supervisin de la Coordinadora de proyecto.

XI. Procedimiento de seleccin y requisitos para aplicacin

El proceso de seleccin se realizar a travs de un desk review, seguido de una evaluacin tcnica de las candidaturas recibidas.

  • Se podr solicitar material pertinente para evaluar la relevancia de su experiencia.
