Success in the Role - performance outcomes you will work toward completing:
Optimized regional organization to enable double-digit revenue growth
Expert HR, talent and organization advice and planning with C-level executives
Contemporary, right-fit HR policies and programs for a high-growth enterprise SaaS business
The Work:
The type of work you will do - assignments, requirements or skills you will be performing on a regular basis:
Contribute to, and execute, the strategy and design for HR globally, with flexibility for both organic and inorganic expansion
Help assure an effective operating model for the HR function
Address and manage all people-related matters for the Finance, Legal, Marketing and Product Management teams
Design and deliver HR policies and programs to the entire workforce, especially in the AMER region
Manage strategic relationship with local HR providers
Partner with Employment Legal to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
