Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs, including renowned Professional Sales Training and certification opportunities.

Qualifications Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
Post Secondary Education;
A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (Selling or installing);
Experience in building sales action plans, deciphering sales reports, hosting events and building customer relations;
Strong proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in customer service is an asset;
Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings;
This job is home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Must have easy access to the Northern California/Bay area;
Overnight travel is to be expected for sales and training purposes.
