Lateral Associate - Corporate - M&A/Private Equity | San Francisco, CA We are seeking highly qualified associates from law school class years 2017 to 2020 to join a leading M&A and Private Equity team in San Francisco, CA. In this position, you will:
Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on M&A transactions , including acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage deal processes from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among all parties.
Build and maintain direct client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor on complex corporate matters.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Expertise Experience:
Law school graduate from 2017 to 2020 with substantial experience in M&A transactions and private equity matters.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of corporate law, market terms, and deal structures.
Educational Credentials Juris Doctor (JD):
Degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with strong academic performance.
Bar Admission:
Active membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the California Bar.
Core Competencies Legal Acumen:
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to provide innovative solutions for intricate corporate matters.
