Therapist PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPCC

We are seeking to hire a licensed therapist to join our team! We can quickly fill your book and get you a variety of insurance based and private pay clients.

bareWell offers individual therapy for individuals, as well as group therapy services in San Diego, California. We do not see individuals under the age of 14 in our practice. Therapists must be licensed in California. We are also open to hiring Associate Clinicians who are complete or near complete (at least 1,500 hours) with their licensing hours and willing to see at least 25 clients/week. Therapists can either work entirely in the office or they can opt to work part time remotely, performing telehealth sessions! Our ideal candidate is independent, driven, collaborative, and will enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group. The candidate will be employee (W2) status. • Responsibilities:* Willing to work a minimum of 27 clinical hours (full time) per week (25 for Associates)
• Perform clinical services to patients as scheduled
• Complete documentation within 48 hours
• Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to client sessions.
• Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics
• Attendance at monthly team meetings and CEU trainings
• Participate in lively Group Consultation and Team Meetings
• Communicate with a patient's treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.)
• Timely and accurate completion of written records for each patient
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and with a high level of organization
• Team player, willing to collaborate with bareWell team
• Contribute to your own and others growth and development within bareWell
• Critical thinking and attention to detail with strong time management ability
• Position Qualifications:* Current and active California license (or registered Associate with 1500+ hours)
• Masters Degree
• Both part time and full time therapist positions available. All client referrals are provided.
• Full time requires 27+ client hours/week (typically meaning 29-30 clients need to be scheduled) with a flexible schedule and is eligible for health insurance benefits.
• Part time requires 15+ client hours/week (this typically means 17-19 clients need to be scheduled weekly).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
