Director, Patient Services and Success

Position Overview: As the Director of Patient Services and Success, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient engagement across our product spectrum. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Patient Services and Success, you will be instrumental in scaling our call center and escalation teams, ensuring they align with Natera's growth trajectory in the diagnostic business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership&TeamManagement: Lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional direct-to-patient support. Ensure the team aligns with annually defined KPI goals.
• StrategicVision: Shape the team's overarching vision and oversee daily operations. Lead strategic and planning exercises, identifying key market trends and leveraging opportunities.
• PatientInvoicing: Oversee the design and cadence of patient invoicing, ensuring seamless collaboration with the call center.
• Cross-functionalCollaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical, product, sales, and customer service teams, to drive cohesive strategies and responses to market events.
• OrganizationalExcellence: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring clear communication across all organizational levels.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Call Center Operations.
• Prior experience in biotech, preferably in diagnostics, is highly valued.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
