Adecco is currently seeking energetic individuals to join our team to fill On-Site Floor Support role in Rialto, CA
Schedules we need for this position
+ Wed-Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm
+ Wed-Sunday 4:00pm-11:30pm
+ Mon, Tues, Wed and Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay Rate for this role is $23.00hr. This is a seasonal position expected to last until early 2025!
At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support Coordinator can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support Coordinator role include:
+ Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes
+ Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed
+ Attend client meetings
+ Assist with onsite timekeeping
+ Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
+ Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.
+ Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed

*Pay Details:* $23.00 per hour
