Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant • Home Health, Days
Join our team as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Home Health for a 13•week contract, with potential for extension. You'll be expected to work 40 hours per week, handling 20•25 cases and maintaining a minimum average of 26•28 productivity points.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver home health care to patients
• Document patient progress via OASIS
• Maintain productivity standards
Requirements:
• Valid COTA license
• BLS certification
• 2 years of home health care experience
• Proficiency in OASIS documentation
• Maximum 1 year employment gap
Additional Information:
• Position based in Redding, CA
• PPE and parking details provided
• Orientation lasts 2•3 days
• Weekly office visits required
• Patient visits may occur outside 8am • 5pm office hours
• Documentation must be completed at patient's home
Time off must be pre•approved and made up at a later date. No on•call requirement.
