Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA, is looking for a highly organized and motivated
Administrative Assistant
to provide essential support to our
Business Office, Admissions, and Social Services departments . If you're a multitasker with a passion for helping others, this is a great opportunity to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Business Office, Admissions, and Social Services departments.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, phone calls, and scheduling.
Assist with admissions paperwork and help maintain accurate patient records.
Support the Business Office with billing and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate with the Social Services department to ensure timely communication and documentation.
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
