We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join our world class, career enhancing Sales Operations team! This team partners with Field Sales Leaders on cutting edge GTM strategies, metric tracking, and infrastructure development. Sales Operations is integral to the overall success of the sales organization, providing data, process, and decision making that ultimately drives revenue, growth and sales productivity. This is a full-time position located in Palo Alto, CA or Austin, TX (or remote).
Rubrik's Americas Sales team is one of the fastest growing in the industry and is led by a dynamic team of sales executives and cross-functional leaders. The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will have the charter and opportunity to help shape the growth of the business through a combination of metric tracking and reporting, territory planning, and strategic projects focused on growth and optimization.
