Senior Machine Learning Engineer

We need you to help our products get smarter! In this cross-functional role, you will be joining an emerging AI Engineering group at an established software company.
You will have a big impact and contribute across the range of Intapp's products.
An interesting set of challenging problems exist in the Professional Services and Financial Services Industries (Legal, Accounting, Investment Banking, etc.).
Traditional corporate software providers have not focused on these problems.

What you'll do:
Serve as a cross-product expert, providing technical guidance in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval and Data Mining experiments and projects.
Analyze use cases, understand user behaviors, identify repetitive and/or error prone, manual human processes that can be augmented or automated.
The collection, analysis and modeling of diverse types of data sets.
Development and evaluation of predictive models to address business problems.
Construction of proofs of concepts as well as more elaborate prototypes for evaluating and testing the viability of new product features.
Iteratively expand and improve on implemented solutions in collaboration with customers.
Identify new opportunities to apply these technologies to different Intapp products or systems.
Collaborate with product and development teams to implement algorithms into product code.
Help build and lead a small team of AI Engineers.
What you'll need:
15+ years industry experience in building end-to-end systems that leverage Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technologies.
Experience designing, deploying and maintaining Machine Learning applications and services in production and more specifically, Cloud Computing implementations.
Computer science fundamentals:
data structures, algorithms, big-O notation, concurrency, etc.
Experience in one or more data science languages, or toolkits such as R, MATLAB, Python, numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.
Strong background in probability and statistics:
statistical measures, distributions, hypothesis testing, regressions, etc.
Experience working with relational SQL and NoSQL data stores.
Expertise on the most commonly used Machine Learning algorithms and techniques.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics or a related technical field.
