We seek enthusiastic and dedicated Contract Talent Acquistion Specialist who will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to the organization.

Job Type: 1099 Contract - 30-40 hours per week (may vary depending on candidate schedule and needs of the company).

Hybrid - 1 day per week, Reporting to HQ in Oceanside, CA

Pay: $40 - 48/hr

General Accountabilities

Supports full cycle recruitment for medical device sales, clinical, healthcare insurance administration and corporate roles.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Collaborates with TA Manager and department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Manage job postings on various social media platforms and job boards.
Create engaging content for job advertisements to attract potential candidates.
Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective candidates on social media.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit positions.
Schedules interviews: coordinate and schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Develop and distribute internal talent acquisition communications, including newsletters and flyers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding in all communications.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Promotes the company's culture, values, mission, vision as a good employment opportunity.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications and/or Human Resources a plus
At least four (4) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting and navigating an ATS required.
Experience hiring medical device sales, clinical and/or healthcare insurance administration professionals required.
Experience with external communications and job postings to social media outlets required.
Experience with internal talent acquisition communications and TA flyer and newsletter generation a plus!
Experience with Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Google Forms a plus!
HR Management Certification highly preferred.

Work Environment

30-40 hours per week may vary depending on candidate schedule and needs of the company.
Hybrid (1 day per week)
