Job Summary:
The staff RN is a professional caregiver who follows the framework of primary nursing and assumes responsibility and accountability for the care and teaching of groups of patients/families for a designated time frame. The staff RN directs and provides care to these patients utilizing therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation and other team members.
Job Requirements:
Current California RN. license. Current CPR card. Minimum 6 months previous experience as an RN required, previous pediatrics experience a plus.
