When will you work?

You will work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm in our Novato, CA office.

What you'll do:

Prepares prescriptions for dispensing by the pharmacist and fills stock replacements.
Makes requisitions for drugs and supplies with professional guidance from the pharmacist.
Orders, receives, and maintains inventory of drugs and chemicals, and ensures their security.
Helps maintain an orderly, clean environment including cleanliness of pharmacy stock and supplies.
Enters data into the computer system, recording prescriptions, purchase orders, stock orders, requisitions, and disbursements.
Under direction of pharmacist, removes unneeded or outdated drugs from stock and prepares for return or disposal.
Performs general clerical duties for the department.

What you've done:

Obtained a High School Diploma or GED
California State Pharmacy Technician License Required
Youve worked in a fast-paced' environment and really embrace it
Demonstrated the ability to follow very specific guidelines and procedures
Developed strong basic math skills such as averages, percentages, and ratio

Always show up (on time) with a positive, professional attitude. No exceptions!
Able to lift up to 49 lbs. occasionally and stand for a prolonged period of time
