Supplemental Health Care is seeking Occupational Therapists in Monterey, California for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Contract Details:

$2,400 - $2,694 per week*
26-week contract
Paid by the hour - not by the visit
Occupational Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in California
CPR Certified or ability to obtain
Previous experience with Computer Charting
6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
