H.F.H.
Ltd., a family partnership established in 1965, owns and manages a diverse real estate portfolio, including apartment properties and multi-tenant commercial properties.
We are looking for a full time on-site property manager in Los Angeles , CA 90066.
Must have 3 years of apartment management experience with good communication, management, and leasing skills.
Experience working with vendors and contractors a plus.
Prospective employee must be able to work well with others including the maintenance team, sister property managers, supervisors and the corporate staff.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Day to day operations of the apartment community Assist in marketing and advertising for vacancies Create guest cards and schedule appointments with prospects Show vacant apartments and lease up units Process and collect required documents for rental applications Prepare leases, renewals, rent increases, move in/out workflow Prepare and serve legal notices Upload payables and vendor invoices Maintain work orders and work with maintenance team to close out work orders in a timely manner Enforce property rules and regulations Cover for sister properties Ad-Hoc projects Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management and/or other related fields Flexible Ability to follow instruction/directions Ability to prioritize and highly organized Excellent written and verbal communication skills Punctual and self-directed Problem solving skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Basic bookkeeping and general mathematical principles Knowledge of AppFolio property management software a plus Start Date:
Immediate Must be able to work 3-4 days a week, 4-8 hours a day.
Compensation $26-30/hour.
This is a part-time opportunity and no other benefits are offered for Part-time employee status.
