SummaryDLA Piper's is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Investment Funds group.
This position is open to our Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, New York, Washington, D.
C.
, and California offices.
Educatio nJDBar AdmissionAdmitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
Experience3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with investments in, or the formation of, domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds.
Experience with secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles preferred.

Pay TransparencyThe firm's expected hiring range for this position is $260,000 - $390,000 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location.
The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
