Responsibilities/ Job Duties:

Greet patients warmly and assist with the registration process, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are completed accurately.
Respond to incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, scheduling, and redirecting calls as needed.
Process, schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while monitoring provider schedules to maximize efficiency.
Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
Collect payments, including cash, credit, or checks, at the time of service and accurately document cash receipts following office protocols.
Keep track of daily schedules, make necessary adjustments, and proactively address any gaps or conflicts.
Maintain an organized front desk area, assist with patient check-in/check-out, and ensure smooth office workflow.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:

Front desk healthcare experience preferred
Customer service experience

Schedule/ Shift: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
