Are you a passionate Performance Marketer ready to make a meaningful impact? We're looking for a creative thinker who thrives on data and insights to join our dynamic team!

What you'll bring

A self-starter, able to work collaboratively & effectively across multiple cultures.

A strong desire to make an impact, combining innovative thinking with data-driven insights to understand users and trends.

What you'll do

Take ownership of user and buyer growth through targeted paid advertising in assigned markets.

Collaborate with marketing leads on media planning, providing insights on ad flighting, forecasting, audience targeting, and creative messaging.

Design, set up, and continuously optimize paid social, display, and app campaigns.

Implement A/B tests and brand lift studies to drive performance improvements.

Work closely with the performance marketing lead to explore and test new advertising solutions.

What you'll need

A minimum of 5 years in ad operations &/or media planning with strong analytical skills.

Strong grasp of ad targeting and optimization tactics, with familiarity with key performance metrics across the full funnel (Reach, VTR, CTR, ROAS).

Experience with western paid advertising solutions e.g. Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, FB/IG, YouTube.

Familiarity with media buying beyond major tech platforms e.g. video on demand & free-to-air (CTV / streaming ads) a major plus.

Understands the basics & core differences of web & app attribution modelling & tracking.

Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. SQL knowledge is a bonus.
