Vaco LA is working with a client the CPG Manufacturing industry who is looking for a Legal Executive Assistant to help support all legal and executive Administrative functions.
As a Legal Executive Assistant your key functions will be supporting all legal admin functions, scheudle and coordinate all meetings, and provide executive support to executive team.
This opportunity is located in Moorpark CA and will be fully in the office.
This opportunity is looking to pay between 70k-80k depending on experience.

Job Specifications:

Executive support and coordination for all legal, contract, and regulatory compliance
Providing all Legal documentation support
Handling all calendaring, scheduling, and setting up legal meetings
5 plus years working a Executive Assistant/Legal EA required for role
Bachelors Degree required for role, Paralegal certification preferred
Experience working in Legal setting required
Excellent communication, proactive, and strong attention to detail is a must
