The Role: Junior Employment Litigation Associate | Los Angeles, CA
We are seeking a Junior Employment Litigation Associate to join one of our prestigious clients' Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable litigation experience in a collaborative and innovative environment, working with a team of experienced attorneys on high-profile employment law matters.

In this position, you will:
Assist with all phases of employment litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and deliver exceptional client service.
Manage multiple case assignments and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this Junior Employment Litigation Associate role is a motivated and detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for employment law.
Key attributes of the ideal candidate include:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in employment law litigation.
Experience with discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge actions.
Credentials:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar membership in good standing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
Legal research and writing proficiency using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
Core Competencies:
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and courtroom advocacy.
