Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services, and initiating the sales process.
They will also follow up on leads, maintain strong relationships with clients, and work to meet or exceed sales targets.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

This position will be part of our STIIIZY Smoke Shop division, focused on non-cannabis retail products, distinct from our STIIIZY cannabis brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our products.
• Drive sales by developing, identifying and securing all relevant opportunities
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions
• Provides telephone support to customers
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales target
• Engages in other sales-related duties as needed
• Attend trade shows & industry events
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work!
• Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.?

TECHNICAL SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Performs work under direct supervision
• Handles basic issues and problems
• Refers more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), as well as other accounting software programs
• Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work under time constraints and meet deadlines

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in smoke shop/vape channels is preferred

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
