Job SummarySummary:
Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the timely and accurate completion of all team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll systemIssuing paychecks and managing direct deposits.Maintaining employee payroll records.Generating daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and tip reports (Compliance purposes and Seniority List updates)Developing and implementing payroll plans for the location in partnership with managers.Ensuring all Levy and legal payroll standards are completed in a timely manner.Conducting regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.Manages MySTAFF clock punches, capability and optimize performance.Assist with onboarding and clock in orientation training for new team members.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Skills and ExperienceHigh level of computer literacyPassion for hospitality, food, and retailExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsApply to Levy todayLevy is a member of Compass Group USA to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
