Job description - Commercial Insurance Sales Manager

Inszone Insurance Services is an independent insurance agency with multiple locations in 16 states. Our firm specializes in customized insurance products for businesses and individuals. Qualifications:

Insurance Experience- Active Property & Casualty License required, along with experience in the industry directly involving commercial insurance sales (the candidate chosen will have 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance).
Leadership - This is a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience.
Bilingual - Spanish a plus but not required.
Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication - The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
Organization - Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner
Team Oriented - Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospects - WE PROVIDE LEADS!
Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers
Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
Quote and sell policies!
Lead, motivate, inspire, and cultivate talent within the organization
