We're seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to join our team! This role is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with our marketing and business objectives. This involves designing impactful materials for digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, websites, social media, presentations, and more. This role will also be responsible for managing the end to end requested creative processes, collaborate across departments, and work with external vendors to deliver projects on time and within brand standards. This position requires staying current with design trends to ensure our visual content remains innovative and competitive in the market.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with departments to develop high-quality visual assets to meet graphic design needs for Marketing materials that align with the company's marketing and business objectives.
Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, digital, acquisition marketing materials, website design elements, print collateral, and more.
Design visual assets for business channels, including graphics, videos, illustrations, social media, website, email marketing, and online advertisements.
Design brochures, case studies, informational guides, and other print/digital assets to support marketing and business development efforts.
Create professional presentation materials for business development presentations, making illustrations visually engaging and informative for B2B audiences.
Ensure the quality and consistency of graphic design work produced on time and meet the business and brand standards.
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal teams and communicate with leadership about creative projects and costs.
Develop briefs for creative project requests to meet objectives for internal and external communications.
Collaborate with external creative agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring they deliver on project requirements and meet established deadlines.
Collaborate on website projects to create visuals, infographics, icons, and other multimedia assets that enhance user experience and clarify information.
Produce multimedia content for various channels, including social media posts, blog images, and email campaigns, to increase digital footprint and communicate brand message.
Plan, edit, and produce video content as needed for promotional materials, brand storytelling, and customer engagement on digital platforms. Experience with AI image/video generation a plus.
Work closely across departments to understand project objectives, provide design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Keep up with design trends and analyze competitors' visuals to help the company differentiate itself in the market, offering innovative solutions that enhance brand perception.
Ad hoc projects as needed

Education:

•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field or relevant work experience.

Experience:

2-4 years of proven experience with business graphic design projects with portfolio of business examples.
Experience with branding projects, particularly in creating a unified look and feel for global organizations.
Proven working experience in branding, design principles, and marketing concepts.
Knowledge and understanding of the wide variety of marketing channels.
Project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your skills in graphic design, media creation, and branding.
Familiarity with the telecom industry, real estate, or infrastructure projects, and an understanding of related visual messaging needs a plus.

Technical Skills:

Experience with graphic design tools, email automation, print material design
Knowledge of website design practices a plus
Proficiency with creative software and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) and other design tools.
Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
A sharp eye for design details, visual consistency, and ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, attractive visuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Experience with WordPress design and digital media creation is a plus.
Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, French language a plus

Physical Requirements:

Sitting or standing at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
Ability to travel as needed

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annual base + bonus potential
