Application Developer Microsoft Power Apps Intro
We are seeking an Application Developer specializing in Microsoft Power Apps to join our team. This is an intermediate-level position requiring a strong understanding of designing and implementing document organizational structures. The successful candidate will focus on developing applications that enhance document management functionality and improve user experience.
Application Developer Microsoft Power Apps Job Details
The Application Developer will be responsible for creating applications with the following functionalities:
• Automatic document numbering.
• Establishing and refining permissions management for downloading, editing, and uploading documents.
• Utilizing metadata effectively to tag documents with relevant attributes for better searchability, including cross-referencing Google SOPs in metadata tags.
• Implementing content types/categories for a higher degree of organization, including consistent naming conventions for documents and folders and creating a flexible and easily scalable content type structure.
• Version control to track document edit history and store previous versions.
• Setting up alerts, notifications, workflows, and alerts to stay updated on the latest version files.
• Enabling co-authoring for multiple users to work on a file simultaneously.
• Automating document approval/workflow with alerts and reporting.
• Creating graphically appealing and functional user dashboards/interfaces for ease of searching for documents.
• Executing predetermined reports and creating ad hoc reports as needed.
