Manage and oversee daily road service.
Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns.
Manage emergency situations for Operators.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED; Technical degree preferred.
3-5+ years' experience dispatching Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Computer literate
• Offer valid until 10.31.2024.
