Responsibilities
Client Consultations:
Meet with individuals, families, and small business owners to assess their financial needs, explain available products, and recommend tailored financial solutions.
Product Offerings:
Offer a range of financial services products, including life insurance, annuities, retirement planning, and savings strategies.
Customer Education:
Educate clients about the importance of life insurance, estate planning, and wealth-building strategies, guiding them through the decision-making process.
Networking & Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand your client base, including referrals, networking events, and online outreach.
Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted financial advisor and helping them adjust their plans as their needs evolve.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and customer service.
Training & Development:
Participate in continuous professional development and leadership training provided by PHP, including advanced product training and personal development workshops.
Team Collaboration:
Work alongside a diverse team of financial professionals, sharing insights and best practices, while receiving ongoing support and mentorship from industry experts.
Qualifications Entrepreneurial Spirit:

Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial products in a simple, easy-to-understand way.

Compensation $85,000 - $185,000 yearly
