OverviewMercy Medical Group (MMG), a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento Region, is looking to add an experienced full-time (Monday-Friday) Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to our busy Internal Medicine Department at our Citrus Heights Clinic in Citrus Heights, CA.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary: $131,000 - $171,000 per year, Depending on experience

MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. ResponsibilitiesPatient Assessment and Diagnosis:

Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.

Treatment Planning and Management:

Develop and implement patient care plans.
Prescribe medications and therapies.
Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.

Collaboration and Consultation:

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
Coordinate patient care across various settings.

Qualifications

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
Completion of state mandated educational courses

Pay Range
$62.98 - $82.21 /hour
