As a Creative Lead for Growth Marketing, you will own the Creative Marketing Strategy efforts for EA SPORTS FC Mobile.
You will develop creative strategies and drive collaboration across internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals.
In close partnership with EA Mobile game studios, as well as Growth leaders across Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Market Research, Data Science, Communications and Platform Marketing, your creative marketing campaigns will drive player acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Finally, you will manage creative marketing partnership with our studio teams, and creative agency partners, working collaboratively to understand the game, its competitors, the performance media ecosystem, and produce multimedia assets to bring your creative campaigns to life.
This role will report to the Director of Creative Strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver creative strategy and marketing assets for EA SPORTS FC Mobile.
  Align strategy with product marketing go-to-market strategy, product roadmaps, and audience insights while mapping to financial plans and creative budget to scale existing live service.
  
• Own and understand competitive creative insights of the mobile games market as well as for new and existing EA titles that help inform data-driven creative strategies that will capture target audiences and increase market share
• Maintain a high standard of creative asset quality and execution.
  
• Drive creative ownership of marketing assets throughout the production workflow, from concept, to briefing, to source materials, and reviews, through to completion.
  
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Studio to design creative campaigns that align with product roadmaps to support acquisition, engagement and growth strategies
• Build relationships with leaders focused on your titles including, Product Marketing, User Acquisition, Data Science, Franchise Brand Marketing, Communications, Regional Marketing and Platform Marketing to meet a common goal

Qualifications:

• Experience building UA creative for a successful mobile product or brand
• Experience in sports marketing or passion for football (soccer)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in mobile marketing creative strategy, or creative production
• Creative-minded storyteller who can translate data into actionable campaigns
• Experience owning and managing creative within a cross-functional team
• Strong project management skills

  • $107,600 - $147,100 CAD

• California (depending on location e.g.

  • $122,400 - $176,300 USD

• Colorado (depending on location e.g.
  Denver vs.
  Colorado Springs)
  • $131,000 - $174,800 USD

• Illinois (depending on location e.g.
  Chicago vs Illinois City)
  • $115,700 - $147,800 USD

• Minnesota (depending on location e.g.
  Minneapolis vs Saint Paul)
  • $115,700 - $147,800 USD

• Jersey City, NJ
  • $142,000 - $176,300 USD

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
