Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide technical leadership, review engineering designs, and ensure compliance with program specifications• Collaborate with program management and multidisciplinary engineering teams to aid in the creation and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule• Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid schedule delays and cost overruns• Oversee the system integration of all subsystems including RF, DC, Digital, and Mechanical components• Ensure all subsystems function together and meet performance criteria• Communicate with program management on the status of technical progress through each critical milestone from program kickoff to program closeout• Act as the technical point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure concerns are addressed in a timely manner and customer expectations are met and/or exceeded

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.

• Engineering (Bachelor's degree). Equivalent education, training or experience may be substituted. ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThis position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay Range: $89,500 - $111,876 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
