Overview:
As the Part Time Customer Service Lead, under theguidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring, motivating, and encouraging associates to provide exceptional, friendly and professional customer service at all times. You'll lead by example, approaching your work with Our Burlington philosophy and company core values in mind. You'll ensure a customer-first focus is a top priority while friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer service remain top of mind. You'll interact with customers to create a positive shopping experience, proactively solving problems professionally and efficiently.
