Responsibilities What is expected of our Agents?
Provide solutions to addressing clients' needs; protection and income solutions
Understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
Educate clients on how to plan for their financial future so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter
Promote customized ways for clients to achieve and protect their long-term financial goals
Cultivate relationships with clients and network to expand your referral base
Build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
Have a clear focus on client needs through a discovery, fact-finding process resulting in trust and continuity of community over time
Qualifications Enterprising mindset
Strong business acumen
Perseverance in the face of a challenge
Strong ability to make connections
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Desire to help families and businesses to 'Be Good At Life'
Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts
Integrity is a must
College degree is preferred but not required
Life and Health Insurance licensed, preferred (but we can assist for the right candidate)
Series 6/7 & Series 63/65/66 are preferred (but we can assist and sponsor for the right candidate)
Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred
Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Compensation $100,000 at plan commission
