Business Development Manager (BDM)

What You'll Do:
Engage with decision-makers:
Build authentic connections with potential clients, including business owners, HR and talent acquisition professionals, functional leaders, and more.
Develop strategic outreach plans:
Use a multi-channel approach-including LinkedIn messaging, attending conferences, making cold calls, and conducting in-person visits-to create engagement opportunities.
Navigate challenges:
Act as a trusted consultant to uncover and overcome potential barriers that may delay or prevent new partnerships.
Earn business:
Secure client commitments for ITAC's staffing solutions, whether for temporary, contract, or permanent hiring needs.
Grow relationships:
Maintain and deepen client partnerships to become their go-to resource for talent solutions.

You have a natural ability to connect with people, actively listen, and understand their goals and pain points.

You tailor your approach for different personas and industries, delivering compelling messages that resonate.

Minimum Requirements:
At least
2 years of business-to-business (B2B)
outside sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
Proven success in creating new client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to travel locally and attend client meetings, networking events, and conferences.
