The Business Continuity Analyst 2 creates and maintains business continuity plans and will enter and verify correct data in the business continuity application. The Business Continuity Analyst 2 will conduct Business Impact & Risk Analysis, and analyze the data captured while coaching the business unit on best practices for support during business disruption. The Business Continuity Analyst 2 will make decisions on what type of plan best fits the need of the business unit that is assigned. The Analyst will make decisions on incident procedures, incident task, and incident conclusions. The Analyst will work closely with management on business factors to make decisions on when to enact the Resiliency plans and/or Resiliency communication protocols. The Analyst will develop, implement, and provide on-going maintenance of plans, policies, and procedures relative to each of these primary functions to ensure the continued safety, soundness and recoverability of company assets, associates, and processes. The Business Continuity Analyst 2 will be responsible for data imports to the systems in the Resiliency portfolio and may lead a team of analyst and/or coordinators.

What Youll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Design, develop, maintain, and test business continuity plans for all assigned areas under the Arvest umbrella.

Develop and lead exercises and testing efforts, including tabletop exercises, event response simulations, and after-action reviews.

Work with teams to maintain reports and provide solutions of outstanding audit findings to leadership and provide support to functional managers to resolve or mitigate findings.

Lead incident teams during a time of disruption until Arvest is fully operational.

Eliminate risk to Arvest with best practices for Business Resiliency.

Make decisions on what actions will need to be taken during a disruption with little information.

Decide when to communicate to associates through the emergency management system during business disruption or if Arvest is facing a potential threat.

Take part in projects conducted by Arvest or 3rd party vendors.

Keep up to date on external best practices and relevant changes to their field/area and provide communication updates to leadership.

Research, document, and provide solutions for various potential risks, and related mitigating controls.

Work with internal and external auditors to provide information and material needed to complete audits.

May provide leadership, development and coaching to assigned Analyst 1s and/or Coordinators within the department.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

May carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
