Senior Customer Service Representative - German Speaking!

Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.

In this role You will:

• Complete day to day customer service related operational tasks to ensure delivery meets customer expectations
• Coordinate the order management process of clients in the automotive industry
• Leverage deep understanding of specific key account customers, processes / systems and act as an escalation point of contact for any verbal or written form of enquiries from external customers and consumers and internal customers
• Maintain customer and material master database
• Enter customer orders and follow them up
• Manage customer requests and queries
• Be logging, assigning, tracking progress of complaints & claims from receipt to completion
• Interact with customers and stakeholders in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Facilitate the invoicing process
• Make recommendations on existing knowledge base documents and identify knowledge gaps.

What You will need to be successful:

• Fluency in German and solid English knowledge
• Relevant experience in Customer Service in an SSC environment or other similar background
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Siebel, SAP, etc.) and opennes to new technologies
• Customer oriented approach
• Ownership mentality and good problem solving abilities
• Flexible, motivated personality
