What you will be doing

Supervise and coordinate customer service activities, focusing on efficient delivery and customer satisfaction during shift
Support corporate mission, goals and management decisions
Strive to increase number of customers and establish loyalty through maximum service-quality while strictly following guidelines and assuring new quality standards and technologies are immediately implemented
Help co-workers in resolving problems
Ensue management is aware of customer complaints regarding services and procedures as well as extraordinary occurrences during shift.
Uphold sound communication and information flow with other teams and departments
Plans and prepares shift schedules
Advise management on planning and execution of staff training

What your background should look like

Strong experience in specialty logistics
Knowledge of World Courier procedures in preferred
Fluent English skills
University degree in the field - ideally in forwarding, logistics, but also other fields of study related to transport, distribution or postal services would be acceptable - the safest way is to verify the particular degree held by the employee with the Trade Licensing Office
High school in the field and one year of experience in the field; or
Certificate on completing a certified course in the field and two years of experience in the field.
Needs to act as "Responsible Person" - requirement of our Forwarding Agent Operating License
