Under the direction of the Supervisor / Lead - Operations Shared Services Center, is responsible for contacting the medical sites of the country(s) in charge, in order to carry out the coordination via telephone and / or email (with date, time and contact approved) for the delivery of Depot to Site distributions, handling a high level of customer service, issue resolution and internal communication, as well as order and control over assigned tasks, committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Bajo la dirección del Supervisor / Líder de Servicios Compartidos de Operaciones, es responsable de contactar a los sitios médicos de(los) país(es) a cargo, con el fin de realizar la coordinación vía telefónica y/o correo electrónico (con fecha, hora y contacto aprobado) para la entrega de las distribuciones Depot to Site, manejando un alto nivel de servicio al cliente, resolución de novedades y comunicación interna, así como orden y control sobre las tareas asignadas, comprometido con la mejora continua y la satisfacción del cliente.

• All contact and coordination activities are completed in an appropriate, timely and cost-effective manner. (Todas las actividades de contacto y coordinación se completen de manera adecuada, a tiempo y rentable).
• Make the activity records correctly, in the control tool assigned for the function, generating efficient communication flows, which help to guarantee the success of the function for the company. (Realizar de manera correcta los registros de actividad en la herramienta de control asignada para su función, generando flujos de comunicación eficientes que ayuden a asegurar el éxito de la función para la compañía)
• Ensure the timely filing and update of the activities under its responsibility, to allow the generation of performance indicators for the team. Asegurar el oportuno registro y actualización sobre las actividades a su cargo, para permitir la generación de indicadores de gestión del equipo.
• To edit and maintain shipments (domestic) on TMS or the applicable system according to process' instructions. Editar y mantener los envíos (domésticos) en el sistema TMS o el que aplique, según las instrucciones del proceso.
• To use and maintain the available technical tools (Sharepoint, Jetstream, TMS, Optiview, Filebound and others).
• Utilizar y mantener las herramientas técnicas disponibles (Sharepoint, Jetstream, TMS, Optiview, Filebound, entre otros).
• To keep proper communication with national and international offices stations of World Courier as needed in a friendly and timely manner.
• Comunicarse con las oficinas nacionales e internacionales de World Courier según sea requerido, de manera amable y oportuna.
• Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for. Realizar otros deberes para los que el empleado haya sido capacitado.

• Minimum 8th-semester student in foreign trade, business administration, logistics, industrial engineering, or related fields from an accredited university. Alternatively, candidates with work experience in related areas or industries may also be considered. Estudiante de mínimo octavo semestre en comercio exterior, administración de empresas, logística, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines de una universidad acreditada. Alternativamente, la experiencia laboral de candidatos áreas o industrias relacionadas podrá ser homologada.
• Command of English: intermedium written and oral skills (Dominio del idioma Inglés: habilidades escritas y orales intermedias).
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints as well as under pressure. (Habilidad para trabajar en forma rápida y precisa bajo limitaciones de tiempo y volumen, así como también bajo presión).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capable to generate customer confidence. (Grandes capacidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Capaz de generar confianza hacia el cliente).
• Good analytical skills. (Gran capacidad analítica).
