Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program

Introduction
We are seeking candidates for a New Graduate Nurse Residency Program in Behavioral Health.
This year-long program is designed to provide hands-on experience and valuable clinical skills for recent graduates and upcoming graduates from Dec 2024 to July 2025.
As a Resident I Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in areas including Adults, Serenity, VINE, Transitions, Seniors.
The program includes monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training, and mentorship from experienced nurse leaders.

Job Summary and Qualifications
This paid program includes advanced clinical training in a specialty area, measurement and evaluation of skills through hands-on simulations, and a collaborative evidence-based practice project.
To qualify, you should hold a Nursing degree, obtain required certifications, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Previous experience is not required.
Research Psychiatric Center is a 95+ bed facility offering acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare.
