Child Builders ABA is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team and deliver exceptional home-based services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your Responsibilities:
Deliver direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in diverse settings (home, school, community) following the behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA.

Accurately collect data on client behavior during therapy sessions.

Assist in crafting and sustaining individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

Work alongside the BCBA and fellow team members to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.

Support clients in developing skills in communication, socialization, self-help, and academics.

Provide insightful feedback to the BCBA regarding client progress and any behavioral changes observed.

Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to the ethical standards of behavior analysis.

Compensation & Schedule:
Hourly pay range: $20 - $25.

Flexible options for both full-time and part-time shifts.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.

Completion of an RBT training program is preferred, but we offer this course for new staff.

Must hold current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

Ability to adhere to behavior intervention plans and implement ABA techniques effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation to travel to client locations as needed.
