Accenture's Duck Creek Platform practice, within our insurance solution technology group, is focused on providing the best in class insurance platform solutions for industry leading insurance clients. Our team provides full lifecycle insurance platform solutions for leading edge technology transformations.

The Work:

• Work closely with stakeholders to design and document automation solutions that align with the business needs and are consistent with the architectural vision;

• Configure and develop Duck Creek applications and business rules.

• Execute configuration/integration tests, including monitoring software incidents and communicating software issues to Duck Creek development.

• Provide technical expertise by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguarding the integrity of the application environment in alliance with architects and other tech leads;

• Function as a subject matter expert and advocate for the software applications supported;

• Review and provide input into Architectural designs, requirements and test cases.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need: TBD

• Minimum of 8 years experience in a Tech Lead role

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Duck Creek Policy Center Configuration

• Minimum of 8 years leading a large team

• Experience supporting Property & Casualty Insurance to understand and analyze the business needs of the customer

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
