At Clementine, we believe in not only supporting our young clients but also empowering their families throughout the recovery journey. Our compassionate approach integrates education and emotional support to help adolescents build a robust foundation for a healthy life that reflects their unique individuality.
We are currently seeking a Family Therapist who will play a vital role in providing therapy for our clients and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Conducting weekly family therapy sessions and caregiver coaching calls.
Facilitating group therapy for both clients and their families.
Providing meal support during client sessions.
Engaging in ongoing care management to ensure our clients receive comprehensive support.
Delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.
This position requires scheduling flexibility, including one evening and one weekend day in addition to standard weekday hours for a total of 40 hours per week.

If you are a motivated professional with a Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field, licensed or license-eligible in a counseling discipline such as Psychology, LMFT, or LCSW, we encourage you to apply.
