Office Manager

Shift Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
We are currently looking to fill an Office Manager position for one of our awesome customers. As an Office Manager you will oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, customer service, scheduling, and bookkeeping. This role requires similar industry experience working in a shop setting, proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and strong organizational skills. The Office Manager ensures the smooth functioning of the office, supporting both customer and team needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Oversight:
Manage office operations, including filing, correspondence, and maintaining records.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary customer contact, handling inquiries, scheduling consultations, and providing project updates.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, manage payroll, and reconcile accounts using QBO.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Plan and manage installation schedules, ensuring efficient use of company resources.
Inventory & Supplies:
Monitor office and project supplies, placing orders as needed.
