Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC and Tempe, AZ.
This is a 12 month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Partner with cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiative Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Requirements:
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
work experience, training, military experience, education Issue Management Experience Customer Remediations Experience Experience working with the Shared Risk Platform (SHRP), Veritas (Issue Management), and Integrated Remediation Management Tool (IRMT) Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills Ability to partner with Issue Management Liaisons with an emphasis on proactive monitoring and governance in accordance with the issue management policy and procedures Knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and regulatory environment Ability to identify root-cause issues/improvement opportunities, and design approaches/programs/products to improve overall quality assurance Pay Range:
$51.00 - $61.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience level.
