What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead a team of software engineers to develop applications that enhance business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key features across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of professional development experience with a focus on leading teams
Proven ability to establish collaborative relationships with business and technology partners
Experience in full-stack software development with an emphasis on front-end architecture
Proficiency in client-side SPA development and understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience in developing unit tests and strong problem-solving skills
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
Previous experience with Azure and API development (RESTful, GraphQL)
