If you are a TEAM or SOLO OTR Owner Operator interested in joining a seasoned, award-winning, and driver-owned Carrier that specializes in refrigerated freight and understands the current market, who allows you to maintain your independence, and offers you a competitive (no hidden fees) pay package that is transparent and easy to understand, then CONTACT US!
While operating under our Authority as an Owner Operator, the amount you earn is entirely dependent on YOU. If you're willing to run 3-5 weeks at a time (between time-off events), you can easily meet or exceed our current annual averages of $250k (Solo) or $450k (Team)!
OUR PAY PACKAGE & PERKS:
- 80% of gross line haul with Carrier Dispatch (or 82% for Self-Dispatch with FREE load board)
- 100% of Detention and Layover pay and a $50 Credit for each Stop Off
- $50 Bonus for each clean random inspection with no violations

NEED a TRAILER? If you don't have a trailer - we've got you covered! REEFER TRAILER rental is available with no deposit required.
No Company Driver opportunities available. Must be a US Citizen and have at least 2 years OTR experience (mountain experience helpful, but not required) and a Valid Class A CDL with a CLEAN driving record.
