Own:
Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple locations by accurately interpreting prescriptions and fitting eyewear. Your adaptability will be key to maintaining a 95% customer satisfaction rate, no matter the practice.
Teach:
Educate patients on the proper use and care of their eyewear, ensuring they understand how to wear and maintain their glasses or contact lenses. Your ability to connect with diverse patients will help reduce return visits due to misuse or misunderstanding.
Learn:
Stay updated on the latest optical products and trends. You'll have access to vendor training sessions and online resources to continuously improve your knowledge, allowing you to provide informed recommendations no matter the location.
Improve:
Streamline the ordering and inspection process with optical labs, aiming for less than a 2% error rate in orders and improved turnaround times, regardless of the specific practice you're supporting.

1 month:
- Familiarize yourself with the processes and team dynamics at several of our network's locations.
- Build relationships with patients and staff at each practice while accurately interpreting prescriptions and assisting in eyewear fittings.
2 months:
- Confidently handle patient interactions at any location, ensuring precise prescription interpretations and fittings.
- Evaluate and contribute towards customer satisfaction goals, aiming for a 95% satisfaction rate at each practice.
3 months:
- Refine your sales techniques across various practice settings, helping to drive sales and increase conversions.
- Develop and share insights on how to improve operational efficiency at multiple locations, focusing on the ordering and inspection processes.

Navigating different patient preferences and varying office environments, all while delivering precise fittings and exceptional care.
Coordinating with vendors and labs at multiple locations to maintain high-quality products and timely deliveries despite potential supply chain disruptions.
Efficiently managing the balance between patient-facing responsibilities and administrative tasks across practices, necessitating strong time management and organizational skills.
