This is a full-time paid internship position and will be available starting Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025

Program Features:

Gain company and industry knowledge
Enhance communication and presentation skills
Learn and understand different work styles

Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in a 10-week internship program that includes a comprehensive and structured training curriculum.
This will include training on the Medicare business, to serve Medicare eligible members and prospects looking for health care coverage
Experience to include networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program
Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through selling competitions, simulated practice, projects and job shadowing
Exposure to our end-to-end sales process, health insurance, our consumer base and the role that our organization plays in the market
Gain an understanding of the Direct to Consumer Sales model, and the role it plays in overall distribution

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship.
Internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc.
will not be considered)
Rising Senior during the summer of 2025

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
